You can request deletion of your driver account at any time. We process every request within 30 days.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request by email — this is the fastest path:

You can also raise the request from inside the app: Side menu → Help → contact ops. State that you want your account deleted.

What we delete

What we keep (and why)

Greek tax and accounting law requires us to retain financial records for several years. The following are anonymised (we strip your name, email, phone and document images) but the bookkeeping rows themselves stay:

Retention period: 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the data was created (per Greek tax law). After that period expires, the anonymised rows are also deleted in our annual purge.

Active orders

Important

If you have an in-progress delivery, sign-out flag, or unpaid wallet/ pocket balance when you request deletion, we close those out first (reconcile cash, mark pending shifts complete, settle outstanding balances) before processing the deletion. We will email you with the reconciliation summary before deletion is final.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been deleted. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days, please email info@iqtaxi.com again from the same address.
